Shipping

RONCHA jewelery are made by orders. production time takes between 3-7 working days and are usually shipped within 1-2 business days after items are ready. Orders placed on Friday after 3:00 PM EST will begin processing the following Sunday. Transit times do not include Friday, Saturday or Holidays. In the event that the item(s) you purchased is pre-ordered please allow up to 3-5 weeks for your order to ship. We cannot be held accountable for unforeseen weather conditions that delay delivery time.

Free Ground Standard on Domestic Orders

For deliveries within Israel, RONCHA offers Free ground shipping through which customers receive their orders 2-7 business days from the date of dispatch, or 1-2 days with the fastest option. The estimated delivery date is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.

Next Day and 2nd Day
​
We also provide domestic express service through UPS: 2ND DAY and standard NEXT DAY delivery. Orders must be placed before 3:00 PM EST. Saturdays and Sundays do not qualify as delivery days.
A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery. This service is not available for some zip codes.

International Shipping
​
International shipments are shipped via Israel post but we also work with UPS who provide customs clearance and delivery service within 2-7 business days from date of dispatch.
Israel: $25 UPS Standard
Europe: $35 Worldwide Shipping
All other Countries: $45 Worldwide Expedited
Custom duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order for goods imported. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the receiver, and these fees (I.C.O.D) are collected at the time of delivery. The receiver must pay the duties and taxes due on their package. The international shipping cost incurred at time of check out is non refundable. (A delivery ignored or refused by the receiver is deemed "abandoned" by UPS.)
For international orders, packages are opened and checked by customs. All items are packaged securely.

Tracking your package
​
All packages will have a tracking number assigned. Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped. Roncha.net is not liable for any lost shipments. Customers are responsible for claiming all misplaced, lost, undelivered OR "abandoned" shipments directly with your local post office or UPS. All customers are encouraged to contact Israel post office or UPS about a missing or undelivered package. In the event that your package is lost or misplaced we will do our best to assist you.
